When Tony began his career in the insurance industry, his primary goal was to find a job that would allow him to live comfortably. Over twenty years later, he is now helping countless others achieve their best lives through TMT Insurance.

Tony’s leadership has been recognized with the Soaring Eagle Award from Messer Financial for six consecutive years. Additionally, TMT Insurance has been ranked among the top three insurance companies in Houston and listed among the top 35 in the United States by Inc. 5000 for three consecutive years.

Driven by a desire to give back to his community and honor his roots, Tony and his wife, Magalie, established the TMT Foundation in 2016. As a true entrepreneur, Tony continuously seeks opportunities for growth and does not rest on his past achievements. He envisions TMT Insurance as a fully independent marketing organization, capable of selling insurance products directly to consumers while supporting hundreds of independent agents across the country.

In addition to TMT Insurance, he is nurturing several business ventures through TMT Capital Ventures, which has investments in manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, retail, and more.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Whether traveling the world or grilling in the backyard, he prioritizes quality time with his family, the people he cherishes the most.
